How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety and hygiene, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized/Used Parts: BMX components, Chains, Cassettes/Freewheels, or any bike parts showing signs of installation or wear.

Nutrition Products: Opened or partially used items from the “Nutrition” category.

Electronics: GPS devices, lights, or indoor cycling tech with tampered seals.
Refund Details
